STEP ONE: PREPARATION

STEP THREE: UNDER CONTRACT

Once you are under contract you will need to start Working Through the Different Contingencies that Apply from Your Contract. STEP FOUR: CLOSING

Once you have made it through your contingencies the final steps before settlement are to transfer utilities into your name, obtain final closing funds, conduct one final walkthrough, and then head to the settlement table where you will sign the final documents and get your keys.
